About the project
UyScan is an aggregator of apartment listings for sale in Tashkent from OLX and uybor, without duplicates. Every morning we merge both sites into one feed, collapse copies and publish prices by district.
The service
UyScan only collects and calculates. The deal happens between the buyer and the seller, without us.
Data
One apartment often appears in several listings: the seller and agents repost it or put it on both sites at once. We merge such copies and count the apartment once.
The project
UyScan has no ties to listing sites, developers or agencies and takes no money from them.
Collection and calculation run automatically. Articles and analysis are prepared by the UyScan editorial team; the figures in texts come from the same data as on the pages and update with them.
Found an error in a figure or a text? Email us with a link to the page: we will fix it and note the date of the correction. Errors in the listings themselves are fixed by the seller on the source site; we show them as they are until the next update.
You can quote our figures with a credit to UyScan and the data date. For market stories we will send a fresh extract and explain how we calculated it.
